Starbucks - Annapolis

I don't drink coffee because I find it unappealing, but I occasionally stop by for a light breakfast. The staff is very friendly, which is a nice touch. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to the woman who was working while I was there for her assistance during an emergency. To keep it brief, sunscreen accidentally dripped into my eyes, making it difficult for me to see. I rushed in for a cup of ice water, and she was quick to help me. Thank you so much for your kindness; I truly appreciate it, even though I don’t know your name.

It's a Starbucks, so everything is good! However, what truly makes this location stand out is the staff. This store has the friendliest team I've ever met at a Starbucks. Even when they're busy, they remain cheerful and a joy to be around. That's what keeps me coming back!

I recently encountered a problem with my Starbucks app, so I called the store for assistance. Every person I spoke with was incredibly helpful! I didn't catch the name of the first woman, but Joelle was outstanding and managed to resolve my issue. I really appreciate great customer service!

It's a Starbucks. What's not to love? The staff at this location are particularly friendly, know the names of all the regulars, and will bring your food/drink to you in the seating area. The dining area is also pretty nice.

The barista Sara always makes my day. Just pleasant and always so welcoming when I come in. The place is always clean and organized. Great Starbucks!!
