Feedback gevenDespite making a reservation well in advance, we were given a terrible seat towards the back and in the middle of the floor, despite specifically requesting a quiet table. When I politely asked the host if we could be moved to a booth or another table, she immediately told me no, leaving me feeling disappointed. The workers at the hostess desk showed no empathy and were unwilling to accommodate us, making us feel disregarded and frustrated.To make matters worse, they eventually moved us to another table right at the entrance, in the walkway where everyone who came in walked past. The constant movement around us was incredibly disruptive, and I was bumped three times during dinner, which was extremely annoying. Unable to tolerate the situation any longer, I requested to speak with the manager.Finally, the manager attempted to rectify the situation by pulling another table over so that no one could walk near us, which was a small gesture of relief. However, the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I have no intention of returning to this restaurant in the future.
Unfortunately, I cannot rank this place on food. I didn’t get to try it. We came on my birthday for a table of 2 (2.17). When we called earlier in the week for a reservation we were told we didn’t need one because the “Valentine’s Day rush would be over.” When we showed up I was told they were completely booked but that we could go to the bar, not the bar tables because they were also booked. Went to the bar. Also packed. I will say 1 waitress (young African American with glasses) was trying to seat us. The other young lady was unwilling/wanting to help us find seating. Anyway, we came back to the front and asked if we could come later (it wasn’t yet 5pm). We were told “no, we’re booked all weekend.” When we left out to get our car from valet they told us they had NEVER heard that or had that experience. He was shocked that we were told there was nothing for later in the night nor the weekend. This made me feel like the young lady just didn’t want to assist—and we were dressed according to code, so no excuse. The place looked nice. Good pics were nice. Wish I had got to try it out, but maybe another time.
Nice place and good service. The food was good but definitely on the pricier end we experienced some upselling. We got the feeling this is another corporate, profit focused restaurant, which there are many in the metro area. If you prefer a chef/food focused experience, there are a lot of other options.

I was attending a surprise birthday celebration. We arrived early and although they sat us at the table we had more than 30 mins before the party began so we went to the bar to order drinks while we waited. A manager came over while we were seated at a bar table and said we aren’t allowed to make a purchase at the bar. Although the bartender was already making our drinks. I dine out all the time and have a lot of large party events at this restaurant and have never heard anything like this before. This was a complete turn off so although I couldn’t make other arrangements for tonight because other guests were on the way but I did cancel my scheduled dinner for 2/24. Customer service means everything to me. I don’t care how good your food is, if your customer service doesn’t match, I do not return.Update:As quick as I am to write a negative review, I’m just as quick to write a positive one, when the staff goes above and beyond to right their wrongs. As soon as I finished posting my review. I had an immediate reply online followed by a visit to my table by the manager. As I said previously, I was there with a larger party and the manager came to apologize and provided us with proper compensation for the misunderstanding. The bar manager (whose name I don’t remember) even made our drinks herself and the server staff at the table were professional and very accommodating. I truly appreciate their eagerness to correct their mistake. Special thanks to Beth, the bar manager and our server staff for their professionalism and stellar service.
