Horrible service. Have been trying to call them for a month now to see if they’re open. Finally decided to drive 30 min to check and they ended up being open. Wont answer their phones, when I went in no one was at the desk and took 5 min for someone to come from out back. He didn’t seem friendly at all and the candies were stale hard as rock.Wont be visiting again, save yourself the trip.

So disappointed as I love Gojis! The staff was in the back. She didn’t come out when we entered the store or when other customers entered. She didn’t present herself in a friendly manner when she came out. We stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before she came out to check us out. Customers shouldn’t have to wait for staff. I understand if she was to come out and say I’m just finishing up something I’ll be right with you. But customers should always be your top priority. That’s what I was always taught. Especially when you have a lineup. The ice cream wasn’t like i remember it either. So unfortunate!
