Vivo kitchen - Apple Valley

After multiple disappointing experiences, I have come to terms with the fact that Vivo serves delicious food made from scratch that I can't fully enjoy due to poor service and a lack of responsibility. I have consistently noticed that customers are treated differently, whether it be in seating arrangements or false claims of unavailable food items. There is a delay in greeting tables, resulting in customers leaving before they have even been acknowledged. Happy hour customers are often ignored due to understaffing or patio openings being a priority. Orders for salads and appetizers take an excessive amount of time to arrive, with drinks also taking far too long. Management tends to make excuses for the lack of service instead of taking responsibility and rectifying the situation. It is unfortunate that an establishment with a beautiful patio and great food lacks in exceptional service, making it difficult for me to support a place where subpar service is the norm rather than the exception.

You can dine indoors, outdoors, at the bar, or near the fireplace at this restaurant. It's a great spot for group meetings. The main attraction for us is the food - their lunches, featuring delicious grilled cheese and fresh salads, are outstanding. My personal favorite for dinner is the salmon. We've had some fantastic Easter brunches at Vivo and always enjoy the amazing buffet. Despite trying other places, we have decided to come back here again this Easter. The view from the patio last fall was fantastic while dining outside.

The food and service here is incredible. Top-notch. The restaurant is in a nice location, it's clean, modern, and well-kept. The event room is very nice, and events I've attended here are enjoyable, with good food and desserts, (oh my, the desserts aresomething special)! From the managers to the servers, and from the events staff to the hostesses, I've always been impressedwith the team here.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is delicious, fresh, and well-prepared, with a wide variety of drink options to choose from. The ambiance, while sometimes loud, feels like dining at a luxurious estate. The price point is reasonable for the quality of the venue. However, I was disappointed that my meal took 2 hours to be served. Despite arriving with reservations at 6:45 for a party of 8, it took a long time to just get our food. The server was friendly, but it was not until 8pm that our order was taken and sent to the kitchen. Unfortunately, they had run out of the promoted ravioli dish, causing delays as some of our party had to choose different options. While I still love this place, I did not expect to eat dinner at 8:45 with 6:45 reservations. I will reconsider my meal choices and timing for my next visit.

Apple Valleys finest restaurant. Great food, beautiful decor, great service. My wife loves going here. We will be back again and again. I had the crusted salmon, was delicious! We sat in the room by the fire place, very inviting.
