Good but they need to pay attention to some details in their food.
This hotel and restaurant are special. The hotel property is spectacular. The pool was refreshing after seeing the sites. The Restaurant was a delicious treat. It is definitely worth the visit. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value
During our road trip in Greece, we stayed in several hotels, between 3 and 4 stars. In our opinion, the Bacchus is only worth 2 stars. Apart from the charming location and its splendid view (which probably earned it its stars), the rest of the services and infrastructure do not follow: the charm dissipates very quickly. Old and uncomfortable room, frankly bad restaurant. Rude service. Too bad. Rooms: Overall disappointing. We had the studio for two people. The space includes a very small double bed and two single beds. There is only one small, poorly insulated window, which overlooks the local bar, which is popular until 1 a.m. Dated infrastructure and decor, uncomfortable bedding. No mirror in the room except in the bathroom. No power outlet. Decent bathroom. Food drinks: Very disappointing restaurant and oppressive service. Monsieur wants to hurry to serve you, so your plates arrive barely ordered (and therefore necessarily reheated in the microwave). Bathed in oil, everything was softened and without texture. The kitchen is hardly better than a canteen. For an establishment bearing the name Bacchus, the wine does not save the rest. We were treated to bad supermarket wine and a waiter who knew nothing and didn't care.
