On the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa, near the supermarket, this new place that offers palestine dishes: humus, baganush, schish kebab, Kibeh, vine leaves, Shima, falafel, etc. There is practically no decoration, apart from some small pictures on the walls. There are about 10 tables for four. The kitchen is open, with glass wall. This can be somewhat disturbing due to the noise of the extractor. Eating is okay, I had a falafel humus duo. A friend had lambskin kebab. Lemonade was flavored (or hierba buena). Service was friendly, but still learning how to treat people. Dishes costs about 17-23 soles (5-7 dollars), which is not cheap, but also not destroyed; remember embed on the Plaza de Armas! If you are nearby, it will be from the many tourist restaurant on the first floor of the galleries on the Plaza de Armas, which are more expensive and serve mostly bad food for the price they charge..

One of the cleanest restaurants I saw in South America. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the server had a big smile all the time. Not only was the service far over par, the food was also a wonderful surprise. I always feel like rolling the cubes when I order non-local food, but it was the BEST falafel packaging I've ever had. This place does everything right.
