Located immediately before the Gigha ferry pier is where you'll find this charming little café with both in and outdoor seating. They offer a very good selection of homemade cakes, sandwiches, assorted lighter cooked meals and a few more substantial platefuls. I went for the haddock and chips which was faultless. My companions were equally delighted by their scampi and chips and chicken goujons with a salad. The service was very friendly and efficient and the whole place was spotlessly clean. I will be back real soon. Very highly recommended.
Stopped here for drinks and a bite to eat before taking the ferry to Gigha. The beer garden overlooks the beach and on a sunny day like the day we visited it would’ve been easy to miss the ferry. The food was good and reasonably priced while the staff were friendly and helpful.
We had been over on the Isle of Gigha and decided to have a quick lunch when we got back. Sitting outside on the deck under an umbrella with a beautiful view the toastier we ordered hit the spot, very tasty. Then coffee and a cake, lovely coffee. A very pleasant lunch
We were welcomed on arrival and looked after very well. I have three kids so lunching out can be daunting but we were made to feel welcome. Soup was delicious and recommend the fish and chips. Great wee find if you are in the area and want a friendly meal
