Kfc - Arkadelphia

I decided to stop by the local KFC and try the Double Down, mainly due to people telling me about it and how insane of a sandwich it was. My wife also ordered the new Chicken Nuggets along with it.My first issue is that when my order was taken and I had paid I was told, Pull forward please and I 'll have it out to you in a couple of minutes. I was fine with pulling forward and did so only to end up waiting for another 28 minutes in my car without anyone coming to bring my order.I then decided I was tired of waiting and would go inside the KFC. Upon entering I could see about 10 other customers waiting, many of them seemed upset. I stood at the counter with no one else in front of me for 10 minutes with no one coming to speak to me. All the while the workers and what I can assume was the manager moved back and forth throughout the store, which was in need of a serious remodeling. They never once spoke to me and made eye contact with me multiple times then continued to ignore me.My food came after I had waited a grand total of 38 minutes. If you really want chicken in this town, every other chicken place, even the Chic-Fil-A on Henderson Campus which is run by a bunch of college students, is far, FAR faster.Parking: No parking really and no pull forward spots that are marked. Parking lot is way too small for lunch rush.

I haven't been to a KFC in many years. I stopped here during lunch at work, and was surprised by the quality of food and service.

I have tried to be patient because every business has a bad moment, but this has gotten ridiculous. Last week, made two orders neither order was correct, didnt drive away, checked first , order was corrected, but not with a smile. Next, twice we have ordered and both orders wrong again this week. Chicken was burnt, mac n cheese bowl had no chicken on it. (Even though we paid extra to have it on there) Three piece dinner had two pieces. But to make even matters worse..I called the KFC phone number to complain and be compt, but no answer. Called every hour on hour for 6 hours, but no answer. Called the next day to chamber of commerce to see if wrong number, no, they informed me that number is correct. We live 22 miles away. I guess I will have to drive back to complain. Very disappointed in what was one of best KFCs around. Not any more.

Wish I could post the pics burned chicken cold hard biscuits bad on top of arkadlphia kfc was out of thighs so charged extra for just legs and breast $30 for a meal and I am so let down

This was one of the best fast food places for years but recently the quality of the chicken is so bad. The people are friendly. The location needs serious attention including a full remodel.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible
