Poke It Up - Arlington

The poke bowl and tea were both really yummy! The fish was fresh and they gave a good portion.

I placed a pick-up order since you couldn't go in due to COVID restrictions. The poke bowl wasn't the best I've had, but it certainly wasn't the worst either. The salmon was fresh, but the portions were a bit smaller than expected.

Loved this place! This was my first time trying Poké and it was delicious! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options too!

Poke it Up is a great spot! However, I do feel it's a bit overpriced for what you receive. Like many Asian restaurants, they tend to fill your bowl with rice and lettuce, which can be a bit disappointing. I recommend visiting on a busy day to ensure the freshness of the ingredients, as I've noticed that on slower days, the quality of the raw fish might not be as good.

Although I’m trying to reduce my fish consumption due to the harm caused by overfishing in some areas of the industry, this restaurant remains one of my top choices for Poké when I have a craving. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and their portion sizes are more generous compared to other places. I’ve included photos of both a bowl and a wrap.
