I ate here a lot when I worked in the area, the staff are great and really friendly. Really reccomend if you want a good lunch around Ballston.
The manager/owner at this restaurant is incredibly rude. I grabbed a water cup and the manager kept glaring at me as if I was going to drink the entire water fountain. When he approached me, he claimed that it wasn't water even though it was clearly water. While I have no complaints about the food, the manager/owner's attitude needs to improve. He acts like he's the best, but he's not. It's time for a change in attitude, dude.
If you are planning to use a coupon at this restaurant, I recommend going to a different location. They do not honor coupons on any special sandwiches, unlike other locations. I almost left without getting my sandwich, but decided against it. I will not be returning to this location. The staff seems nice, but the manager is not.
I have ordered through the app three times now, and each time I arrive at the restaurant, my order is not ready. They acknowledge that my order is in the system and should have been prepared, but they prioritize making other customers' sandwiches before mine without offering an apology for the delay. The customer service is incredibly poor. I spoke with the owner, Suresh Amin, but he and his staff seem disorganized.
