Sundarban - Arun

We ordered takeout for tonight, but when we got home we discovered that our order was completely wrong. We tried calling the restaurant, but they didn't answer. We drove back to the restaurant and were met by a very rude man who tried to blame us for their mistake. He said we had agreed to a name that was not even close to what we had actually said. They even claimed to have lost our order as an excuse. There was no apology, just pure rudeness. We decided to no longer want the takeout from there, and the man threw the money back at us. This kind of customer service is absolutely disgusting. We usually have a nice experience here, but this man was incredibly rude. As we walked out, he shouted something at us. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and have never been treated like that. I hope he doesn't speak to someone else like that. Shame on you for your behavior. I'm glad we stood up for ourselves.

I usually enjoy getting takeout from this restaurant, but I was very disappointed last week. The curry itself was good, as were the poppadoms and spinach/potato bhaji. The rice was just okay, and the onion bhaji had gotten soggy being placed in with the tikka starter. The worst part was the "hand made chicken samosas". There were only 2 tiny parcels, which were worse than those from a frozen selection at a supermarket, and they charged £3.50 for them. It was disgusting and inedible. It's unfortunate that the quality seems to have declined, especially during these times when they should be making an effort to retain customers.

This is hands down the best Indian restaurant in Rustington. The food is incredibly delicious with a variety of flavors to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend trying the Chicken Sag Balti and Garlic Chilli Chicken. The food arrived hot and well-packaged, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, it is definitely worth a visit!

The food at this takeout restaurant was excellent. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I ordered dishes like king prawn puree, green chillies Bombay aloo, tandoor chicken with madras flavor, jarpaty, poppadoms, and mint sauce. It paired perfectly with the takeout I had from another place last night. It was a delightful meal.

Delicious food, great taste, the staff and chef very friendly. Almost every week we are doing take away from Sudarban and we never get bored. Their menu are different from any other restaurant or take away...you have the traditional curry and different curries to try as well.... I am ticking all my boxes try all different curries every time I ordered and it’s absolutely delicious. We will definitely will never go anywhere else
