The Great Wall - Arun

I would like to give this restaurant a zero-star rating. After waiting for over 2 hours for my order, which was at least 45 minutes late, and making 11 unanswered phone calls (voicemail was full), I decided to send the food back upon its arrival. At this point, I simply want a refund.

Really Good food, hot sour soup... sweet and sour chicken balls,egg fried rice and chicken curry....

Ordered a House Special Chow Mein ...it was delicious and delivered within 15 minutes to our door.... Thank you Great Wall

I have never had a problem with this place before, however I ordered a takeaway this evening and it was the most disgusting meal we’ve ever attempted to eat!!I called up and asked them if they have changed their meat as it tasted like fatty processed rubber, and the guy on the phone told me it’s all prepared in the morning and nothings changed but it definitely has. I’ve had quite a few takeaways from here and never has the meat tasted like that. He also couldn’t have been anymore rude, all because I wasn’t happy, didn’t even offer a refund. We’ve had to order a takeaway from elsewhere now as there was not a chance in hell I was dishing that up for my family to eat the revolting food we were delivered. What a waste of £30

We have been buying our Chinese takeaways from here for the past 26 years. We have tried others but nothing compares to the Great Wall. A vast menu and very very tasty! We book our takeaway through just eat and have delivery which is always hot and on time.
