This place has the pretty rare ability to make you wait forever for your order and serve a pizza that's overcooked but cold
$36 for 3 topping 2lb pizza. When you guys make pizzas with extra toppings please make sure the cooks cook the pizza one or 2 minutes more. The bottom doesn’t hold it together when it’s just barely cooked. It’s just a soup mess undercooked in the bottom. Just barely done. And the 2lb pizza dough is overproofed , and flattened: the pizza in the morning is flat and soggy . It looked ok when it arrived not once we started on it. Next day bad also. Like always Idaho springs is completely on another level and always will be. Why you can’t replicate that?
Loved this place!!! We put honey in our crust edges and it was delicious! Family friendly, lots of options and even offers gluten free options.
Overpriced pizza. 42 bucks umm not that good. Wings were good.
