Mǎ Chǎng ホルモン - Asahikawa

My friend, who sometimes visits Asahokawa, said you need to eat hormone here. There is no menu here, 8 just wait and workers bring grill and meat even thought I ordered nothing. I also ordered soil of Sapporo classic beer, and total cost was 1100 yen. Hormone was 600 yen and bottle of beer was 500 yen. It was so cheap and good taste.

Fantastic and unique. Only really for those who like battle but if you do, then this is really a great restaurant. There is no order required because you only get a plate of salted interiors and cut onions to cook over your own personal carbon grill. My personal recommendation is that the bowl form a crust with a light car on both sides before eating.

This joint is an absolute jewel: fucked in a back alley in a side alley, it looks like nothing has changed here since the opening 50 years ago. Bring your own Onigiri, order a lot of beer and just sit back and enjoy the experience!
