Starbucks - Ashburn

Summer 2022: I've encountered several situations where the interior of the store is closed, and the drive-thru wait time is about 15 minutes. Although the baristas are friendly and pleasant, it's clear that the store is not well-managed, and customers are paying the price for it. I would suggest looking for alternatives.

I got my order pretty quickly, despite the store being crowded. The atmosphere is spacious and clean, making it an excellent place to unwind with a coffee or catch up on some work for a while.

I wanted to contact Michael through social media to share my thoughts directly, but I hope this will do! Michael, you are genuinely one of the kindest and most delightful people I've met in recent years. Every time I come to pick up my order, you manage to brighten even the gloomiest days with just a friendly greeting. I received my order today, and it filled my heart with so much joy. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant primarily due to the unfriendly staff and management. Each time I've gone through the drive-thru, they have been out of various breakfast sandwiches. I suggested to the manager that they should display a sign next to the unavailable items instead of just listing them at the bottom of the menu board. They did start to implement this for a while, but then it was discontinued. When I voiced my concerns, I was told to take my issues up with corporate if I was dissatisfied with their approach. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers. Additionally, the drive-thru area is quite cramped, resulting in long wait times and traffic backups.

I visited the drive-thru for the first time and had an amazing experience. My order was taken quickly, and there was only a short wait, which I think is reasonable when there's an unusual order ahead of you. When I reached the window, the transaction was swift and smooth, and I ended up with some delicious drinks from Starbucks.
