Sams Diner - Ashcroft

Sam is a nice person, but the food could use some improvement. Despite that, I would choose to eat here every day before stepping foot in the Dirty Central Square restaurant around the corner.

On a Sunday morning in the heart of Ashcroft, we visited Sam's Diner for breakfast. The portion size was generous and the food was served hot.

Sam's Chinese buffet is by far the best I have eaten. Food is hot and plentiful and delicious. Green tea and coffee are endless, but if that's not your choice, you can replace with a can of pop. If I had one thing to ask, it would be for a better desert choice because I'm not a pudding or a Jello fan. Probably desert is overlooked because most people are painfully full after pampering in the main courses. The atmosphere at Sam is friendly and Sam often needs a moment to say hi. Only available on Friday and Saturday, this is a must visit you monthly for our family.

The food was fresh and very tasty. Great presentation. The restaurant was very clean. Sam was kind and helpful to inform us about places. Nice on our Sunday trip!

If you are in Ashcroft and hungry Sam's will do. The food is not great, but the staff is friendly. Not much to choose from in Ashcroft though.
