More than half of the time, my order is incorrect. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this place as they give you a hard time fixing their mistakes.
The food is not very tasty at all. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I prefer my old favorite, Burger King on Astoria Blvd.
The dame that sells to theke (not knowing their names, but it is South Asian) is very rude. she seemed rather irritated by just being there. the customer service was so bad and I finally went without my order because it did not put in the order after I made myself think she did while I was waiting. definitiw do not go back there, even if it is the last burger place left.
I ordered a helicopter without tweeping and no pickles plus speck. they gave me a hepper with whistle and pickle and no speck. bad enough that I was was wasting my lunch break. I waited 20 minutes for my burger. on the entrance it said quarterly pounds. I told the cashier I wanted no quarter-pound and she said it was the same? I thought the machine would print wrong? but no, after waiting for 20 minutes, I asked the person who found the extract and said that the quarter peter 2 for 14 wasn't the throw, so I said, why didn't the cashier say that? so terrible, so the server calls my number and says I gave them a hepper instead of the quarter for the misunderstanding. but the huren had no speck, no salate and no tomato and no mayo. it had everything I didn't want like wobble and pickles plus missi g the speck. I had not had burger king long and thought why not today. no bad movement. they gave me what they wanted to give me, but I paid what I should pay? I thought it was yours. I guess this set only works for the employees. but if they buy from this place, they will check their food before they go.
The food is always consistent from this particular Burger King, but the service is extremely slow. They need at least another employee to just be a cashier, as service is often held up because employees are ringing up customers and then bagging orders. Efficiency police, where are you?
