Feedback gevenI placed an online order in advance, but I will NEVER order from this Subway again. My food was completely incorrect. I didn't receive my churro, despite having paid for it online. Additionally, my sub was made incorrectly with the wrong type of cheese. Even though the app indicated that our order was ready, we had to wait over ten minutes in the store for the employee to finally hand us our food, which was just sitting on the back counter. When we got to our car, eager to hit the road, we found that all the food was wrong. This location has terrible service and a terrible overall experience, and I didn’t even receive everything I paid for.
You can't place orders online, and they informed me that I would have to wait 10-15 minutes to speak with someone in person because there were only two staff members available.
I visited this restaurant three times this week, and I've noticed that it doesn't open until at least 8 AM. Right now, it’s 7:48, and the doors are still locked. Please consider changing your opening times.
Their lettuce was brown I'm not sure if they just had a bad batch but it was brown enough that I didn't get any.
