Toshi 1.0 - Atascadero

There are no wrong answers at Toshi 1.0. Probably the best sushi I've ever had. The presentation is meticulously artistic, and the flavor is choice, delicate, and thoughtful. The friendly staff here at this little hole in the wall will serve you a rolled up bit of heaven sliced into 6 pieces and garnished with some ginger and wasabi, and the only downside is that you may never look at sushi from any other restaurant the same again.

The food was great! Interior seating is a bit cramped, but isn't too big of an issue.

We came in at 8pm on a Friday night and we were served promptly and the food was great ?

This was our first time there and the food was delicious. We sat at the sushi bar and were immediately greeted by the sushi chef. He was very attentive and would ask if we needed refills on drinks or if we would like another dish. We were able to see him make our dish and conversate with him. We ordered the blushing dragon roll , the 911 roll , and the goodtimes roll . All the rolls we ordered were delicious- did not disappoint! The atmosphere there was very relaxing, and they were very welcoming. Will definitely be going back!

First time coming here and it was awesome. The service was great and the food was tasty. Definitely coming back
