Unacceptable service. If it had a minus, I would put it only for the lies over the phone because we were very patient. We said to show understanding in the one hour delay but not to order 11 even if you get 1+ at midnight. The child has left and is on the way, we heard, but when he was allegedly delivered to the hotel reception 5-10 minutes ago, the gentleman told us by phone, the child had already arrived back. Logically, the route was 5 minutes for him to return and we waited 2+ hours for him to bring them to us. Shame on you playing with world hunger! And shame on you for charging for cold food!
