The ice cream is fantastic, and the customer service is even better!

Absolutely wonderful my two year old got a little scared by a puppy and dropped her ice cream I went back in to buy another scoop and they just gave her one!!! The wonderful lady is line offered to pay for it too and they declined and happily gave her another so sweet and patient with my kiddos picking out what they wanted we will be back for sure!!!

The ice cream at this restaurant is absolutely perfect, and the service is excellent - very polite and friendly.

Their ice cream was amazing, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. They even organized a special discount night for our group. It's great to see businesses like Ben & Jerry's who are so supportive and considerate towards students in the community.

Ok so the ice cream was good, but who made the decision on the straws..? They are TERRIBLE. Whoever did that, needs to try and drink one of their own shakes thru one of their straws. I had to go get another one because the gross straw was soggy and disintegrating into my drink. Just gross.
