Longhorn Steakhouse - Atlanta

I had a wonderful experience at Longhorn this evening thanks to my server, Caitlyn, who was fantastic. It was my first time dining there, and she recommended the perfect steak for me—the Flo’s Filet, which was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the server manager, Elliot, was incredibly kind and took the time to check in on us regularly to ensure everything was going well. While the food was excellent, it was the outstanding customer service that will definitely bring me back to this location. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place! The staff is very polite, and the service is prompt. The bartenders are friendly and well-informed. Overall, the service is excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant, making it a lovely dining experience. It’s my favorite steakhouse that doesn’t strain my wallet.

The food was excellent, but the curbside service was disappointing. I waited 20 minutes and even called, but I still had to go inside to pick up my order. If you can’t provide curbside service, I suggest not advertising it as an option.

Went for a Christmas lunch and the restaurant quickly got slammed. Our server, Joshua, had a huge section and got his tables sat all at once. He did an incredible job of keeping up and not once got visibly stressed. My hat is off to this young man for outstanding service under difficult circumstances. Thank you Joshua C.

This LongHorn location is always reliable and quality. The food and service are top tier. Our waitress handled several tables and was joyful in providing excellent service. She never acted burdened by the many requests our large group kept hitting her with. Impressive experience
