Papa Johns Pizza - Atlanta

Never again at this place, I didn't get what I ordered and no resolution when I called. Maybe my shield to keep the brakes on Papa Johns and take my pizza money somewhere else.

It was charged for my pizza. You had to call 8 times to just say how your employees should handle it, and that I just had no more luck. The manager has zero customer service skills. I wanted her to do the right thing and pay me what she overwhelmed. Will never spend another penny in this terrible place.

The driver didn't come to the door, let me go to them. Pizza WASNT EVEN COOKED or cut the whole way thru. The toppings were knocked half and melted on the side of the box... use another place.

When I entered the facility, I was greeted with a polite smile that is always a plus for me. The store was clean in and out I ordered the $12 Shaq-a-roni pizza and the huge chocolate chip cookie, both very well made in a contemporary way as well as my food was tastefully hot a beautifully presented

The worst service I recieve this year.I order my pizza at 12:45pm called twice to check my pizze came at 2:20pm.The pizza was obviously made at 12 cause it was cold not slice properly.So I called back 3 time no one answer they pick up and say nothing.It sad I had my nephews here they was hungry all they say our papa John's comes fast so embarrassing.But the only reason I gave one star cause the driver was the most pleasant lady you can me.
