Nicest lady that works there in the mornings. Fuel prices standard, quality of fuel always seems good

Although I didn't redeem my bp points, they took all of my points. I spoke to the staff the situation, but they didn't give me back the points. They just stole it. Their customer service is one of the worst ever. I never use this place again.

First the attendant was too busy chatting to someone in an adjoining room, with her back turned to me (Monday 8/5/23 about 0705), when I finally got her attention to first ask to use the bathroom (I work long shifts outdoors without access to bathroom facilities) and then buy some breakfast, I was subjected to the mother of all brush-offs. When I please with her to please have a heart, I was told not with that attitude . Not sure who she thought she was to think she should punish me! Needless to say, I bought my breakfast elsewhere. Totally unacceptable.

I had a coffee at the beginning of my shift and it was my first time in this area. I've always enjoyed the Wild Bean Cafe coffee at BP, but this experience was disappointing. The staff made my coffee, but for the next two hours, it was so hot that I couldn't even touch the cup. It seemed like a lack of practice on their part. The coffee was the worst I've ever had; it had no flavor and the cup started leaking. I can't speak to the other items on the menu since I won't be getting coffee here again. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.
