I regret that I cannot give 0 stars. Experience never to be repeated again. We went a few days ago for dinner and were told to wait because the place was full; after 20 minutes the place was almost empty and they let us sit. For ordering, even though it was late (10.30pm), almost another 20 minutes passed because in the meantime they preferred to clean the empty tables despite our requests to be able to order. ten minutes after our order they told us that some things were missing... practically almost everything. Due to this, one of the diners had to leave the table, because they were unable to satisfy his requests, even from the menu. The carbonara arrived overcooked and with mixed pasta (pappardelle and tubettoni), it was noticeable that they were only leftovers. We also requested a charcuterie board which never arrived. We had never had an experience like this before. The only saving grace is the delicious location, not recommended for anyone who wants to eat decently
The place is really characteristic, typical of cellars. The bathroom is a surplus, you have to go there, you will be amazed. We ordered the amatriciana and the gricia (specifying the type of pasta i.e. tonnarelli) with 2 glasses of wine. While we waited they brought us some bread with oil, which was really excellent. The only flaw is that in the end they brought us short sleeves. Despite this I was really satisfied! Service: Dine in
