Feedback gevenHoney Dew Donuts far surpasses Dunkin'! Don't just take my word for it; you have to experience it yourself. It's truly exceptional, making it hard to compare with other donut shops. I would give it 3 stars.
When I brought this up to the staff, they simply put the cream cheese on the bagel instead of providing it on the side. A young employee reacted poorly, grabbing the bagel from my hand and throwing it on the ground while cursing repeatedly. Another staff member, who seemed to be working with him, criticized me for not knowing how to communicate my order properly. Additionally, I noticed that some employees regularly complain about their workload in front of customers, which is quite unprofessional. I'm not impressed by their attitudes or the way they treat each other and the customers. This experience was very disappointing, and at this point, I have no intention of returning.
We went here on Saturday April 13th 2019. Only one person working. He actually stopped in the middle of making my coffee to take care of the drive-thru and take their order and make their coffee. I think that was very rude. Makes me wonder if I will be back, since there is a Dunkin right across the street.
I was a loyal customer of D&D for 30+ years. The service and quality have been going downhill for a while now. The prices continue to climb without any improvement in the quality. Recently I decided to give Honey Dew a chance. I have not been disappointed yet. I am always greeted by a very cheerful member of your staff. They usually thank me for choosing their Honey Dew. They are always extremely polite and the quality is always great. Your staff's hard work and great food and coffee quality has earned you my daily business.
Hello, I am disappointed in the service I received 15 minutes ago at the Honey Dew on County Street. 1. While I was placing my order, the woman was snippy when I asked questions about the bread choices. 2. I was not allowed to pay with a $20 bill. I was asked to use my debit card. I do not like to use my debit card when it's less than $5.00. 3. The young lady at the drive thru window didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I'll give two stars because the sandwich was good, however, 4. I was not given any napkins. Sorry, bad customer service. They should realize that Dunkin Donuts is right across the street and if they do not provide good service, they will lose what little business they have.
