Applebee's Grill - Auburn

Good service and eating. it was nice for them to treat veterans at veteran’s day. However, the manager wore no face masks in the service and a series of servers.

2 stars to give because I'm a nice person and eating - after I got it - really well costed. However, I used the online ordering/carside-to-go service and it was not very good. arrived in the restaurant directly before the planned time and written here. I have the automatic answer that my food would be out in a short time. that was not the case. I waited patiently for 20 minutes and nothing. had to go in (withdraws the purpose of the car page service) and the reception prawan say why I was there. I was ready to eat because she went right past and caught it. I didn't wait for anything, because whoever should be involved in order to command was not interested in doing his job. very irritating. will not soon be ordered by applebee 's.

My favorite boneless chicken cup was fantastic. 4 of us each ordered various meal times and all thoroughly enjoyed every guest. the waitress was very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly employees. I usually get the ribs, which are always excellent. I tried the chicken and shrimp with garlic potatoes. Underside of chicken was a bit over-cooked. But overall, it was a nice meal. Enjoyed it. It's not the restaurant's fault that customer conversations get loud and foul, or that people choose to wear pajamas to a restaurant.

Applebee?s is a good restaurant but NOT this location. Took forever for a waitress to check on us AND we had to ask 3 times for more water and that even took 20 min to get because the waitress was too busy chatting and laughing with another waitress and was just standing there not doing anything. When the food came out the plates were beyond hot to create the effect that the food was hot but my pasta and chicken were cold. I?m pretty sure the plate was sitting under the heat lamp for a long time before we got our food. The waitress never came to give us our checks and when we finally got her attention it took 15 min just to get our cards back after we paid which makes me wonder what the waitress was doing with our credit cards?..
