We waited for an hour for our food. a coworker has repeatedly robbed the lobby. another began cleaning in front of a full lobby waiting for food. the staff that made the food, laughed and spoke. they would not place orders until all orders were completed, so they would then drive out a big car. some commands sat 20 minutes on the car.
This device is what I can describe perfectly as an immense toxic relationship. eating is top animal, but the service is some of the worst there is. as they continue to come for eating, they are hit with false promises. the perfect equivalent is to write her girl for a game (online order) just to be blue from a waiting period as long as the argument that she brings her (at her eating 2 hours after the scheduled time.) as simp for some chipotle I have this experience some paints during the week. I'm just experiencing it while I write this review. it's an hour since the scheduled pick-up time, can be here for another.
I was to this place, the orders are not ready, they can not get help from the employee and I have to scare the one who violates my assessment. I picked up an order from them today, which should be finished 25 minutes before loading and it was not done yet. that's crazy, there were about 10 other people waiting for online orders and no one in the line to dinate, how can this be when everything is precooked and just has to be put together
Every time I order food here, my food is not ready in time. the app will say my order will be ready at 4:00 o'clock, then it will not be ready until 5:00 or 6:00. I have no time to just stand chipotle all day, please make the app give correct waiting times.
Tonight is was very very slow and behind. However, an employee named Sam was managing it very well. I watched him work for around 20 minutes and never once did he have an attitude. He was eager to inform the customers on the status of their order and apologize for the delay. We need more 'Sams ' in the world. Give him a raise! (Chipotle on Magnolia Avenue in Auburn, AL)
