Red Lion Inn Suites - Auburn

The customer service at this restaurant was outstanding. Unfortunately, the location of the restaurant cannot be improved. It would be helpful if they put carpet runners from the back door to the pool. The homeless people living nearby are actually quite friendly.

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly. The interior and exterior are very clean, although the ground floor windows need to be cleaned on the outside. The beds are very comfortable. The continental breakfast was well-stocked and had a good variety of options including warm and cold muesli, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, yogurt, applesauce, breakfast sandwiches, and burritos. The location is convenient with easy access to Interstate 80. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight stay in Auburn, CA.

Very nice and cozy rooms and amazing staff. Only stayed there for a few hours before resuming my road trip. The complimentary breakfast was good, nothing special to write about but it was definitely not continental which is a plus for some people.

Fair clean, but sound insulation is terrible and there were some very loud people who stay close to us. the bathroom was very small and the ventilation light was so loud. our curtains do not close all the way, so we had to put on them dinge, otherwise we would have light in our room radiating all the night, and to prevent people from seeing.

This has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. There were no handrails at the top of the stairs and there is no elevator so we have to climb the stairs to the second floor with luggage. My girlfriend fell when she went to grab a handrail that wasn’t there at the top of the stairs and hurt herself.When we got to the room the drawers where so dirty and had bugs in it and we had to clean it out to put her stuff away. It was so bright in the room from the lights outside at night it felt like the middle of the day and the curtains would only keep some of the light out. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken and the shower had rust and something that looked like mold in it.
