Sierra Grill Smokehouse - Auburn

Sierra grill smokehouse is a favorite of auburn, ca native, since eating is simply delicious, their portions are large, and the service is fast and friendly.

During the trip to gras valley, I was looking for a place to eat, looked at the last yelp reviews and noticed one for the smokehouse sierra grille.

Excellent food and service with reasonable trips! bountiful plates made of delicate ribs and brisket. also the vegetables were properly cooked and seasoned.

Place was very noisy, food wasn't prepared right or timely, table was missing half the condiments (no ketchup, sugar, steak sauce). We ordered brisket with seasoned fries and Caesar salad, got corned beef, regular fries and the salad was forgotten about. Also ordered a burger with roasted vegetables, the meat was good and that's all. Half the vegetables were nuked not roasted, bun was nuked. The waitresses, God bless them truly, were too overwhelmed with a party in back to realize customers were waiting to order up front. Bar and restaurant really need to be separated by a wall of some kind. Probably won't be back anytime soon. Management needs to step it up or just shut down.
