Starbucks - Auburn

Why these places can't make their drinks the same is baffling. Aren't they trained properly on how to make each drink? When you're paying $8.50 for a coffee they should make it right the first time

I always have such a good experience and good customer service but man today we had a girl at the window her name was Nina and was so rude my younger son was paying and she was so annoyed she had to swipe the card instead of inserting during the order taking as well we weren’t even done ordering and she cut me off and someone else took our order absolutely disrespectful and take in mind we did not have a complicated order either 3 drinks and a pastry

My aunt bought my girlfriend 1lb of coffee grounds for Christmas. My girlfriend brought them here to have them ground up. She said she wanted it like Folgers. They grinded them up and said it was their normal grind.....I do not drink coffee. But that is no normal grind in my opinion. Coffee shouldn 't be so ground up, that it looks like dark brown cocaine. It 's pure fine cocoa! She got coffee grounds in her coffee every time she had that brand. I just threw it away because she 's disgusted by it. Now if I bring in coffee grounds to be grinded up and I ask for them to be lightly grinded or request a specific way, I expect to be heard. Poor service from unfriendly individuals.

Starbucks yes please!!! ?Always lovely to order some yummy ? food, snacks drinks and meet some lovely employees cheerfully serving you. This location is small, cozy and cute! Got me my fix for the road.Thank you and Stay cool folks!! ?
