Bento Japanese - Auckland

This had been our regular local Japanese restaurant for years. Friendly owners, reasonably priced and great food. We often eat in with the family. Sushi, rice dishes and donburi are our favourites.

The staff here are amazing, always super polite and happy to make changes to the meals if we would like (e.g extra mayo) and the food is always delicious! I recommend Bento Royal Oak to everyone.

I ordered the chicken katsu udon noodle soup takoyaki. Both dishes were very tasty! Great flavours and good value for money. Staff were also very friendly. I would definitely come back here :
