Probably the worst BK branch in Auckland.. every time I order a meal the bread is dry and old and fries sit in the warmer too long, and they serve them instead...

BK Manukau was very busy due to Parker promotion, but their was plenty of staff and not a huge wait, plus they were very friendly despite the queue....

Rude behaviour of morning staff. Served cold burger and full of ice cube drink. Lots of tomato ketchup and some are opened. Highly disappointed.
