The waitress was outstanding. Unfortunately, the manager was unprofessional when she couldn't locate a duplicate receipt. He dropped it and unfairly blamed her for its loss. Despite his inappropriate behavior, she maintained her composure and handled the situation with grace, demonstrating true professionalism. I give five stars to the waitress for her dignity and class!
