Feedback gevenI went in and this homeless woman, 5.9. told me she shares her bottle. Then I sat on her too. She always tried to put her hands on me. I always told her I didn't leave myself alone. When the waitress was finally there, she was new and didn't know a menu. I shook so badly from the experience with the homeless woman I couldn't eat, up and down. It's completely uncertain. Don't go back. Fear of ascent and life in danger of homeless. left went to the waffle house where I felt safe. I was still shaking about the incident.
I waited 40 minutes before I got my food. The bacon was not well cooked and I specifically asked to do it well. The service was not good today.
Precious has great energy and was very efficient, despite short-handedness. We went to Brunch 24. July, what was a Sunday and she was the only server in the restaurant and she had only 1 chef. She had several employees go, but she and her cook still took care of all customers including us. She definitely went beyond and beyond. We'll definitely go back, just bc from her. I also had a Uber eats order today 25. July and she was there with the same big smile and great energy and my order was ready for pickup.
We've never been to a huddle house. When we first came in, they asked if this was our first time. When we said they gave it to the entire staff. And said we had to be treated extra because it was our first time. The food and service was excellent I will be back.
The food is adequate at best, they literally give it away three days out of the week, which is kind of nice, but also telling. You really just come here for quick and easy dining, we all pretty much know what to expect. But you never know what you'll get out of customer service. Some days you'll have a great experience, other days, the employees may just lock the doors an hour and a half before they close and look at you angrily from inside the restaurant while you try and get in lol. Definitely need better customer service training.
