Bone Heads B Que - Augusta Township

Went there for my 73 birthday had the BBQ plater and it was amazing. And our server was great.

Brisket was very dry. But the sides absolutely carried the meal. Good mac and cheese, and excellent pickle chips. Looked very haunted which was fun

Tried to have a glass of merlot with my beef brisket dinner. I couldn't help but overhear the wait staff jokin around about us needin a tampon

This original location of Bone Heads is definitely better BBQ than the location in Saline. We typically have picked up takeout in Saline and have found the BBQ generally tough. Our meal tonight in Willis was much better. They also have worked hard to bring a nice decor to the Saline location, but it can't match the history and natural charm on the Willis location. Update: went to this Willis location again this evening and ordered different items. All were really good. I hope they improve the Saline versions of the same food sometime.

I haven't been here since it was The Pickle Barrel. It was way beyond my expectations. The food was out of sight, the smoke on the ribs was fantastic you could taste it every single bite. Everything was tender, flavorful and still moist and juicy. The pickle chips are still on another level. Very generous portions and pretty good prices. If you leave here hungry you did it wrong.
