Papa John's Pizza - Aurora

My mistake to have ordered here the third time. Terrible customer service! They don’t know how to follow orders! All three times they have messed up our order. They either forget toppings, give me someone else’s order or forget to give me a part of my order! And that too for a pick up. After giving them a shot three times, I am never going there again. I grabbed a pizza for pickup and saw they gave me the wrong pizza when I got home. When I called they told me to bring it back in. It was not my mistake and I did not want to drive 25 minutes in a snow storm to fix their mistake. So they said that's fine, we will give you a free pizza next time and took my name and number. Great. The next time I went in, I told them I have a free pizza credit, and the man behind the counter was very rude. Telling me no free pizza, not listening, asking why I didn't do this or that. I did not do anything wrong, they offered me the free pizza for their mistake, then talked rudely to me and indirectly accused me of trying to steal a pizza or something. The man behind the counter was being really angry and talking loudly in a language I don't understand when he walked away. I can only imagine what he was saying about me... There's no shortage of pizza places anywhere, I would highly recommend not coming here. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's not the same anymore. Pizza sauce is too watery. Ruins the whole pizza every time.
