Domino's Pizza - Aurora

Every time we use this dominos something is wrong and they always have an attitude if you call about it. The pizza?s are never cut through and we have to cut them, they will get items wrong, and it will show up cold. This order was a disaster. It spent 30minutes in ?quality check? but somehow they sent us a wrong item, they burnt the cheese on the steak sandwich until it lookedlike leather (I added the mayo in an attempt to save it), and they messed up the slicing on all the pizzas but especially theone in the picture. The box was broken on one pizza and the driver left the boxes on the porch in the cold with the sodas on topand didn?t even ring the doorbell so it was all cold when we brought it in.

Ordered delivery online and received 3 items that were not remotely like what I ordered. Called the store to get what I actually wanted and they redelivered with half of the items missing. The whole mess up took nearly 2 hours and they would not refund anyof my money. Highly disappointed. Never ordering from this location again.

OMG big corporate chain. I picked up a sausage peparoni pizza, and some other items and called with feedback. They cant find my order number, my email address, my online order. I have the email, confirmation order number, and can see the order in myorder portal. The manager could not find it and didnt remember making it . Big chain pizza, big chain customer service. wont do over

Very fast and friendly service with excellent taste! I would take a picture of the pizza and wings we ordered but we ate them all!

Have been coming here for years. Just came from picking up my pizza today and as usual my pizza was perfect! Looks like the young lady who has been the manger for a while now wish i could mention her name and her team are very professional butnice, always speak as soon as you walk in the door and give excellent customer service!
