I loved the atmosphere and overall feel when sitting at the bar. Both me and my brother tried the New England IPA and it was spot on! Definitely will be going back for another visit.
Super chill, and awesome dog friendly brewery. Wifi isn’t the greatest, but the fact dogs are allowed inside and a portion of their sales are donated to different charities is the patio is in front and has good spacing (oak bares and high top stools), with picnic tables across the sidewalk and around the corner, on the sidewalk-side of the brewery. Definitely recommend!
I love Ursula! Their staff is awesome, their beers are great, and such an awesome atmosphere. I feel terrible for any brewery that parents treat like a play place, but the staff handles it well. One mom let her kids throw things and scream, and the beer tender was super calm in handling it. Even when the mom let her kids climb the barrels and try to pull out the bung (which would ruin the beer), and the beer tender had to interject more strongly, she was still great. For the adults at the brewery enjoying adult beverages and adult conversations, it was great to see the beer tender try to preserve our experience.
We came here for the first time over the weekend. The bartender went above and beyond, asking what we usually like/don't like in a beer, then made some recommendations. On first trips to breweries I like getting a flight, so we got tasters of all of their IPAs and stouts. I liked some more than others, but they were all good. There was nothing I wouldn't have drank a full pour of. The bartender was spot on in her descriptions/comparisons of each beer, so you can trust her recommendations. You can order from their sister restaurant, Cedar Creek Pub and they will deliver your order.
Been meaning to try Ursula for long time since moving to the neighborhood and was happy to find well crafted brews. We tried the English ale and the New England IPA. Both were pretty darn good. Service was polite and timely.
