Taco Shack - Austin

I love taco shack and have never had a bad experience until now. I ordered 2 burnet road ‘burritos’ and they have the same amount of filling the tacos do but it’s in a 12inch tortilla. They used to be PACKED FULL of eggs cheese and potatoes. There’s no way that this is worth the almost $8 I paid for each ‘burrito’. I used to go to the round rock location every single morning on my lunch break. I’m sorry Orlando but this is just disappointing and I will probably just go to Rudy’s next door next time.

I love this place and have been coming here going on 13 years.It is where I was introduced to chorizo and salsa verde. While my palette has significantly expanded I still come back to this location time and againThe service is excellent. The staff have been there forever. The food is always good.I always get the taco breakfast bowl; chorizo, egg, cheese, onion, cilantro, and avocado ALWAYS worth their salsa verde. YummmmVegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.Kid friendliness: Super kid friendlyParking: Free lot. I think it is almost always quicker to go in vs the drive thruWheelchair accessibility: Relatively accessibleDietary restrictions: Super dietary friendly but also very likely for cross contamination if it is a true allergy.

Taco salad was great great service nice people clean atmosphere I really recommendFood: 4/5

6-6-2023@2:07pm Some minor things occurred today at 1;30 at taco shack. On medical parkway. Irbin Angie Anna. !So there is no cards out to get to talk to the owner. ! Vs the help !So I leave and it was pleasant. Just needed to get their viewpoint ! I call. Taco shack and ask for the owner ! I was told to Call back at 3:30. Or 2;30 for a job ' I do and I cannot get the owner ! I get Yoli as I asked for name and I 'm pushed forward. To. State my name. Pushy and in a hurry ! This was Wrong here ! I try to make my statement so we can discuss it ! But that 's not allowed and she rants and states I won 't let her talk ! And she gives facts about Vanessa. And her work history of which wasn 't the issue , and continuing. She bans me. For not letting her talk and hung up and I never got to state the issue. All said is that I 'm banned. And By a question. ! And she will tell everybody ! She has my number by caller I.d.!Asked if knew the owner which is man !! There ! I shied from her as. There was A woman who was previously there and at the she was sharp at the cash register ' !!today over the phone She said there was something wrong with me as I didn 't know the owners name. If I 'm fact to have eaten there a lot !she mentioned Orlando and she 's Orlando 's wife. She ranted without qualification of me to state. The tea is always poured out early and I was told by irbin that closing is at 2pm. And now it was 1:55 ! Do I and I asked irbin if I 'm supposed to pick up my food and leave ! ! I was banned for a woman ranting on the phone and I never got to state simply the tea and leaving early ! I met a woman after Vanessa left her employment. and she was abrupt. As I was buttoning up my truck to come in she telling me how to park. And I always parked so 2 vehicles could park! Vanessa never. Told me to get out. Their business is open to make food till 2 pm. Vanessa was removed for late and leaving early. Told to me this day at 2:07 by yoli. Who in anger, she was a. business owner and ididn 't get a to mention my receipt!!!Too boot ! And Not much to say really. And with Angie or Anna or Vanessa or even irbin. It has to be a policy of the office. But the office today. Was terrible ! I hope she has a better day. But to banned over the phone without stating or resolving my viewpoint !Another women in front of me and asked if I came here often !and The chairs were put up and there was no tea ! This woman. Asked if she should leave. To irbin !Even as I walked in as the chairs were put up and no tea. Was out !!!!It always that way. Nothing new !Yoli was on Lamar reacted on the defensive. ! Why ? And ranting. She doesn 't me !Yoli told me all about her company policy of dumping tea. Before closed ! So !They at taco shack only hire bilingual cashiers. ! At medical parkway !Ok. And I no longer enjoy. Going there today with out Vanessa. Which I accepted long ago ! Late or not she pleased the customer ! I cannot fault the owners for any of her goodness Sad Sad I just have will go to. Arrandas on burnet rd and get 3 enchiladas. And beans and rice. Starting at 10.99 plus chip and salsa incl . tea. Refilled !and a tip at 17 vs there 14 with 3 enchiladas no tea no tip mind you I ordered a extra enchilada today at 2.99. But why prices ! I got no receipt. And told the time of their ordering service. ! I wasn 't slow to eat ! Sad sad
