Burgerfi - Avon

After a long day last Friday, I enjoyed an incredible burger at East Level, located at the intersection of US41 and Collier Blvd (my first visit). I had the chance to meet Burger-Koch from Burger Rev, and he turned out to be a towering figure and an excellent representative for BurgerFi. My interaction with him, combined with the outstanding quality of the food, has earned BurgerFi a loyal and satisfied customer.

I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant. It didn't appear to be very clean, which is surprising. It might need a thorough cleaning. The burger I ordered was as tough as a hockey puck and way too salty.

A friendly way to sum up our group's experience for National Hot Dog Day would be to say it left a lot to be desired. The selection of hot dogs was lackluster, the fries were soggy, and the onion rings were also wet, with most of the batter stripped off. The highlight of our visit was the fact that they offered us a complimentary hot dog. I hope this was just an off day for the staff, as I’ve seen many more positive reviews here.

Ordered pickup with Uber Eats a few times and dinates outside. The quality of the burgers is unmatched compared to other places. You will not be disappointed!

They have a great veggie burger, lettuce wrapped option too. The urban style fries are delicious. Friendly service.
