Don't order through the app if you like to make customizations to your sandwich. I like getting the breakfast sandwiches, but the default option is on a flatbread. Every time I have asked them to put it on Italian bread instead. Nobody actually reads the receipt, which says right on there as the first customization to please use Italian bread. The first time, I caught the guy telling the kid who made the sandwich to pay attention to the receipt; the second time, that guy wasn't there so I got a flatbread; the third time I took it back to the counter to have it remade. But hey, this is a great hack to get a free sandwich!
