They didn’t want to serve regular water at the beginning and was ear dropping for a long time that makes it awkward and uncomfortable.Chicken, rice and beans were all dry and bland. Didn’t want to have too many bites so just took the rest to go. Food and service quality need to be improved.Response from the owner shows everything about this business. Never adjust any issues, made up things about customers, finding excuses, and being passive aggressive.Looking at responses to all the negative reviews from others, think learning some basic manners and how to take honest opinions are very necessary instead of being provoked all the time.
I ordered food through DoorDash just to go pick up the order and realize the store was closed. Please update your hours so people don’t have to waste their time knowing you guys aren’t open.
Please I beg you all don’t come here waste of money quality is Poor and quantity is Poor they charged me 17 dollars for just a scoop of stew .. unbelievable .. i so much regret coming here.. they need to close if they can’t have good quality food
Ordered their packed lunch Coconut chicken fried rice dish through Relish at my work place. Really disappointed with the dish on many levels. First of all, I was hoping the chicken to be bite sized, flavorful but they just gave 2 drumsticks that were huge and bland, it was hard to eat and had no flavor at all. The rice was cooked separately and had no vegetables as they promised except tiny pieces of carrots peas here and there. Rice itself was tasty but the seasonings were not at all there. Above all, they could have added some kind of sauce for taste and flavor. Disappointed with the dish as it was mostly dry, bland and no vegetables.
We ordered the goat, some boiled plantains, and four types of Fufu. The goat was so tough and full of tendon we finally threw it out. The sauce was good but it was awful meat and $20 at that)The plantains were good, if pricy $5)I don’t understand Fufu $3 each).I’ve heard great things about it, and we got one of each, but I don’t like. It’s odd because I love Injera, and it is reminiscent of that, but it’s too sour and bitter in taste to be pleasant. The texture is nice but not the taste.
