Smashburger - Avondale

We didn’t even get to order. We got there at 830pm and the lady at the front told us they were only taking to go orders. I asked her what time they closed she said 930. So, why were we not able to sit down and eat inside?? So we just left didn’t order at all.

Food was great. Service was great. Place needed a good cleaning. It was sticky? . Everything needed some elbow grease. Yuk

Went here last night figuring we'd have an easy and good sit down meal since we haven't had smashburger in awhile. We got there at 8pm and despite others already sitting and eating we were told it would be take out only as one worker told the other worker while we were waiting to order. You don't close til 9:30, 90 minutes after we arrived, why is it suddenly take out only? If I wanted take out at the prices you charge we'd go to wendys and get a better burger.

Came in around 5:30 and there is a person in front of me and a few people behind me not one single employee greeted us took our orders for about 5-10 minutes, then when we placed our order my husband and i wanted to order shakes we were told no they don’t have the ice cream to do so ok whatever i thought but that was a lie we got our food the people next to us have their food and went back up and ordered you guessed it SHAKES they got them but we can’t ? Hmm makes no sense so after the lady brought our food to us i questioned her why she said it’s reserved for online orders which is crazy so i said even though i am in store i can’t get a shake but if i order online RIGHT NOW i can get one she said yes, i told her that makes no sense if i am a paying customer why am i not entitled to the same things the online orders get? At that point this place needs to be an online only restaurant. Very dissatisfied

Chicken sandwich was burnt and only 6 onion rings? I'll be going somewhere else next time
