Mcdonald's - Azusa

I ordered the big Mac from this location and it was the saddest thing I've ever seen. The meat patties (if you can even call them that) were paper thin! It was an absolute joke! Both patties together might make up one normal meat patty. You couldn't even taste the meat in the burger, all I could taste was the bread and lettuce with the spread. Extremely disappointing for a $6+ dollar burger! In-N-Out is worth more for your buck.The only thing I was good about my order were the fries. They were fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked.

Pretty mediocre across the board. Staff is very apathetic or actively bad at their jobs, the location often has some form of tech issues or another, the inside and outside of the store tend to be fairly dirty. Food is alright, on the worse end of McDonalds that I've been to. Probably worth driving a few extra minutes to go to a different location.

We are sitting in the children's area when they come to clean the tables and put products, they clean the floor and cause a child to fall for leaving the floor wet, what a lack of respect! Just because a lady who is a friend of the employees or perhaps an employee came to celebrate a birthday, the way to take out the clients and even more so the children is very bad!!!! Further

This McDonald's is nice and clean. It has a really nice kids playground!Kid-friendliness: Kids love the Kids Happy Meal. And this location has a really nice and big Kids indoor playground!

I had a code and used it at the drive thru. I got the notification that it was used. The code was for the $1.29 fries so I asked for it to be large because she didn 't ask what size. She repeated large then said large fry. But then said the code said it was invalid and if I refresh the app. I did that and it said I couldn 't redeem another code until the 15 minutes were up. I told her this and her response was I don 't know what to do . My issue too was I never said what the code was for so she had to seen it was for the fry because I could 've used a code for a large drink. Just annoying that her response is I don 't know what to do. I ended up driving away because I wasn 't going to wait for another code and if anything she should 've asked someone for help then.
