Buonissimo - Baia Mare

If you want ice, this is one of the places. There are private parking reserved in front of guests, but finding a free place on weekends or busy summer days could be a challenge.

I went for a night out with friends and we ordered a large variety of food. The best was the pizza, they used quality ingredients and it was very tasty. I had chicken schnitzel with vegetables, but it wasn't impressive. The crust of the schnitzel...should have been more crunchy and I have had way better vegetables. The cakes are similar to the traditional Romanian ones, the multi layered type, with a lot of cream. I am not a fan of that but some people like it. The ice cream is good, they have a lot of flavours. The service isn't very fast, we had to wait a lot for the menus, the order and the bill, but the waitress was nice.

In my opinion, this place is highly overrated. Our pizzas were undercooked. The crust was pale and doughy; see picture below. Another user mentioned that the pizza was terrible and I 'd have to agree. Skip the pizza and go for the gelato. There are better...pizza options in the city if you find yourself craving pizza. Additionally, some of the gelato flavors are very sweet, so choose cautiously and have a sample before making your selection(s).

At this restaurant you will eat the best pizza in Baia Mare. They also have a very testy pork ribs, big plate of chicken breast with grilled vegetables and many other specialities. When it comes to desert, they serve fresh and delicious cakes. I strongly...recommand 'cornunlete ' (traditional cakes)

Have been many times here since they open it. Used to be best pizza in town not anymore but still a good option. But the icecream is really good. The style is not really modern would need an update .staff friendly and nice. Free parking...if you have luck to find a spot in front. I recommmend this place for icescream lovers
