For dinner, I had the salmon, and it was fantastic. I also enjoyed a garden salad with a delicious dressing—if I could have taken some home, I would have bought 11 bottles of it! I also had a delightful Shirley Temple to drink. My waitress was polite and attentive, which is just what you want. I am truly grateful to everyone who makes this place special.
Worst place I ever been(a nightmare). Our room(#1) was dusty and dirty. Hairs in the sink. The bathroom was disgusting. Dust under the bed and spider webs behind the chairs. Coffee machine straight on the dirty floor. Id like to say their restaurant is better but thats not the case. My girlfriend had the seafood pastas and it was ok. I took the seafood casserole and was more than disappointed. What kind of chef put single kraft cheese in a 40$ casserole. Worst about it, it was not even melt correctly. I told the lady in charge about the issue and she didmt care at all. Ive been to some motel for less that 100$/night that was way better than this. I feel like I was ripped off and will copy and paste this review everywhere I can to save some people from going to this place.
My wife and I enjoyed a very nice evening meal of salmon and ribs/scallops. There's nothing sophisticated about this family run business but it is welcoming and compares well in a region where dining options are quite limited. Those looking for a more upscale experience should stay in Shediak. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70
We visited for Father's Day brunch and were very disappointed. The restaurant has changed from a self-serve buffet to a format where the hostess informs you of the offerings and brings them to you. The portions are quite small, which seems to discourage asking for seconds—though my wife did anyway. The quality of the food has declined as well. When it comes to dessert, make sure you have good glasses handy if you want to see it! We won’t be returning.
The list of issues that I have with this hotel is entirely too long for anyone to read. The hotel gets 1 star for cleanliness, 1 star for location. Otherwise, its just an old, rundown house which has seen better days, costs too much to repair, so the owners are just hanging on hoping for someone wealthy enough to come along to fix it up. Keep looking
