Feedback gevenI write that so that future couples and eventplaners don't make the same mistake we made. my man and I soon chose head island limited for our reception desk because they wanted the right at the tent pavilion where we wanted our reception. that was an unwise decision. we should have had to know about the planning and went with another provider, but the bhi limited call was good so we thought they would at least do the minimum to make a good recipe. we were wrong! the weather was also predicted, with a normal temperature of 70 during the day and 50 in the night. They told us in the planning that, because our high time was april, they were able to bring down the side of the tent and have heating to accommodate our guests to keep them cold. they did not. they were completely unprepared for the weather, although it had the same weather that she had on soon head for the 3 weeks before the event. when we came to our reception, the catering manager said that she didn't want to take the sides of the tent down because the wind didn't blow out of this direction. (There was at least one flap on each side of the tent that was opened. from any reason the catering manager disappeared for bhi limited. so my colleague of honor ended the takeover and the rest of the event. my guests finished standing to eat their dinner the sides of the tent with the women who wear their datum jackets because it was too cold to eat at their tables! the older and young children had to go early because it was just too cold. it is now 4 weeks since our event and the bhi limited coo will not call back any phone calls. please don't make the same mistake we made. go with another provider.
We were promised that they would be prepared for the weather, with heaters and the ability to bring down the sides of the tent to keep our guests warm. However, on the day of our wedding in early April, they did neither. The catering manager was unhelpful and made excuses about not bringing down the sides of the tent because of the direction of the wind. Eventually, she disappeared, leaving my matron of honor to take over and manage the event. As a result, our guests had to stand to eat their dinner, huddling for warmth and some even had to leave early due to the cold. It has been weeks since our wedding and the COO of BHI Limited has not responded to any of our calls. I urge others to avoid the same mistake we made and choose a different vendor for their event.
Absolutely amazing club. Love the pool. The only thing that I don't like is there are only a few umbrellas but that is a problem at every pool
I have been going to Shoals for over 11 years and have never had any issues! It is the top spot on the island. The food is delicious and the view is incredible. The staff is the friendliest on the island and always in a great mood. If you are having trouble deciding where to eat for lunch or dinner, this is the place to go!
