Delicious meals, great food, gorgeous heritage ambiance on the ground floor of the George Hotel. What more do you need?

The food and Cocktails were so, so good. The best coffee in Ballarat and such large cups. Loved the breakfast and evening meal. The staff was amazing .

This was a total surprise we booked in with family because it was at the Hotel we stayed at. We will be back the service was First Class and the food was amazing. The steak was great. And the wine list was very good.

The wood-fired pizzas are delicious and it was delightful to sit by the fire. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

During our two-night stay at The George Hotel, we dined at The Heritage Bar. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The ambiance was delightful with a great atmosphere.
