Lotus Family - Bandar Seri Begawan

The fried chicken bryani here is the best – really crisp on the outside and delicate on the inside. Their Biryani in general (we had a few species) were tasty without overwhelming. We also tried other dishes: butter masala, fried mutton and a variety of naan. I thought they were all nice, but the Biryani here remains my favorite.

The food is delicious. Chicken Vindaloo, though not the hottest, has as much taste as butter Chicken and Aloo Sag and other dishes. Portions are quite large and prices are very reasonable. The cheese Nan is a little disappointing, hard and not much taste. Avoid this and you are sure to have a good experience. Recommended.

Idly Vadai Sambar is very nice. Rava Dosai and Masala dosai are my favourite in this restaurant
